Literacy Link South Central is a literacy information and referral network servicing the 6 counties of Oxford, Elgin, Middlesex, Brant, Haldimand & Norfolk.

We help coordinate adult literacy programs in 6 counties, including the area of London/Middlesex. People call us to talk about their learning needs and to find out more about free adult literacy programs. We also help adult literacy programs to coordinate their services, so they can meet the greatest needs with the resources they have.
